"Poutine" On The Furlough Trail
We've been up in New York, Vermont, and Quebec for the past few weeks. It's been a great time! We've reunited with brothers and sisters in Christ and many dear friends. It's been a great time of fellowship! The food pictured above is called in French, "poutine." This dish includes french fries, fresh cheese curds, and brown gravy. The hot gravy partially melts the cheese. It's really good!
